Shipping Information:

We try very hard to get orders out in a timely manner. Please note that each item has an estimated time until it ships. (shown on the item's description page) You can expect your order to ship at the item with the latest ship time. Example: if you order an item with a "Usually ships next day" description as well as an item with a "Usually ships in 3-4 business days" description, the order will usually ship in 3-4 business days. Days it takes to arrive after shipping depends on the part of the country you live in and is in addition to the processing time discussed above. All orders are shipped by UPS or Priority Mail depending on the method you choose. You will receive an e-mail with tracking information once our order has shipped. International orders ship either First Class International, which is not trackable, or Flat Rate Internationa, which is trackable. Canadian orders also have option of UPS Canada. Exchanges and Returns:

Exchanges are available on new/unworn items within 30 days of receipt. Return the item to us with $6 shipping and handling. Please include the name and address for return shipping as well as the item you would like to exchange for. Refunds are given on new/unworn items within 30 days of reciept. Refunds are charged back to the original credit card used to purchase. Shipping is non refundable. Please include name, e-mail and order number for all returns.
